• We are happy to offer our customers the option of having their items made either overseas or by one of our seamstresses. Our overseas items are made out of milk silk while our items made by our seamstresses are made out of double brushed poly. Our overseas items run a tad bigger, we do not recommend sizing up. Our items made by our seamstresses run true to size. Though we do offer some of the same styles between the two, they are not the same sewing pattern so they will differ.

What is your turnaround time?

We take pride in our quality and want to ensure every order is correct and everlasting before being shipped.

TURNAROUND TIME (excludes holidays & weekends):

• Ready To Ship Items: up to 3 business days 
• Graphic/Embroidered Apparel: up to 15 business days
• Preorder Clothing: up to 15 business days starting from the following Monday 
• Mystery Items: up to 5 business days

 

How do I place a custom order?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds after an order is placed.

If an item is defective upon delivery please send a photo of any defect to contact@bendthetrendsociety.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
